Serpac srl is a company specialized in the supply of packagings for the transport of Dangerous Goods such as UN certified 4G – 4GV – 4GU fibreboard boxes, UN certified 4DV plywood boxes, labels, marks, placards, panels for container, instructions in writing according to ADR 2019, Shipper’s Declaration, Multimodal Dangerous Goods Form, IMO Declaration, etc.
Our starting points are the Dangerous Goods Regulations (by road ADR, by rail RID, by inland waterways ADN, by sea IMDG, by air ICAO / IATA) and quality in the supply of packagings for Dangerous Goods.
We have a range of products always available in stock such as UN certified 4G and 4GV fibreboard boxes, UN certified 4DV plywood boxes, boxes with secondary packagings capable of withstanding an internal pressure of 95kPa for UN3373 (Biological Substance, Category B), UN certified UN 4GU/Class 6.2 fibreboard boxes for UN2814 / UN2900 (Infectious Substances), boxes for refrigerated transport (UN1845 DRY ICE), boxes for transport as overpack, boxes for the transport in Limited Quantity according to chapter 3.4 (ADR, RID, ADN, IMDG), hazard labels / labels for package, hazard placards and panels / placards and panels for container, Orange plate marking, labels “R” for hazard waste, documentations such as Shipper’s Declaration, Multimodal Dangerous Goods Form, IMO Declaration, instructions in writing according to ADR 2019 (Tremcard), folding shovel ADR 126.96.36.199 and in general packagings for dangerous goods and overpack. We provide technical support to our client in order to achieve the UN certification for their packagings.
Each label, box, document is in compliance to the requirements of the relevant Regulations (ADR, RID, ADN, IMDG, ICAO / IATA).
New labels were introduced for the transport of Lithium Metal Batteries UN3090 and UN3091 and for Lithium Ion Batteries UN3480 and UN3481.
All labels according to ADR 2019 are available (Dangerous Goods, Limited Quantity according to chapter 3.4 ADR, RID, IMDG, …) with the modified design compared to the labels according to ADR 2011 and training video clips about UN certified 4G and 4GV fibreboard boxes and 3D animations.
Serpac is certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 CERTIQUALITY n.17284.
Serpac doesn’t assume the role of DGSA / Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser in reference of Legislative Decree 40/2000 (Directive 96/35/CE)..

We provide various services including 24 hour service for the shipment of your Dangerous Goods, assistance with your Shipper’s Declaration as required by some State Variation and Operator Variation of the Dangerous Goods Regulations.

Serpac doesn’t perform laboratory tests to determine the toxicity, corrosivity, the flashpoint, the boiling point, the vapor pressure and the PH of the different dangerous substances and/or dangerous preparations.
We are not specialized in: Tremcard (Transport Emergency Card), 16-points Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), big Overpacks, wooden boxes, wooden crates, laboratory analysis.
